We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

For products offered as made-to-order, pre-order, or custom commissions, estimated production and delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on material availability, manufacturing requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated to you where reasonably possible.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on rawmatter.design are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices, shipping charges, promotional offers, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Payment must be completed at the time of placing an order using one of the payment methods available on our website. Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorisation.

In the event of a pricing error, technical issue, or incorrect product information, Raw Matter reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order. If payment has already been received for such an order, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Raw Matter ships across India and may offer international shipping for selected products and destinations. Shipping availability, charges, and estimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. While we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership of the product and the risk of loss or damage pass to you upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. Raw Matter is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been tampered with during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rawmatter.design, along with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.

RETURNS AND REFUND
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Estimated production timelines are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the complexity of the project, material availability, and manufacturing requirements. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, they are not guaranteed.

Once a custom or made-to-order project has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing or where required by applicable law.

Minor variations in material, finish, colour, texture, grain, or dimensions are a natural characteristic of handcrafted and small-batch production. Such variations are not considered defects and contribute to the uniqueness of each object.

Raw Matter reserves the right to decline custom commissions that are technically unfeasible, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, or are otherwise inconsistent with our design practice or business policies.
